胎儿生长受限(fetal growth restriction,FGR)是指孕37周后,胎儿的出生体重小于2500g,或低于同孕龄平均体重的2个标准差;或低于同孕龄正常体重的第10百分位数,是围生期主要并发症之一。本病发病率为15%,其围生儿患病率和死亡率均高于正常体重儿,远期还能影响儿童和青春期体能和智力的发育。因此,早期诊断、早期治疗对于胎儿生长受限具有尤为重要的意义。
