目前我国社会经济发展迅速,节能环保问题受到了高度关注,建筑行业作为能源消耗的重要行业之一理所应当在此方面承担了重任,装配式混凝土住宅建筑在这种环境下得到了迅猛发展广泛应用。文章对此做了深入分析,首先研究了混凝土装配式住宅建筑的优势以及施工过程存在的问题,同时详细阐述了装配式混凝土住宅建筑施工的技术要点。
