在非甲状腺疾病(non-thyroidal illness,NTI)中,一些疾病可出现血清T_3浓度正常或降低,伴游离T_4(FT_4)和总T_4(TT_4)值增高。认识这些综合征及其所伴随的甲状腺功能试验的改变,对于防止误诊错治实有必要。本文对我院1984年1月至1987年6月期间所见的18例进行研究,旨在探讨急性NTI中单一高T_4血症的诊断问题。
In non-thyroidal illness (NTI), some diseases may have normal or decreased serum T 3 levels, accompanied by an increase in free T 4 (FT 4) and total T 4 (TT 4) values. Understanding these syndromes and the accompanying changes in thyroid function tests is necessary to prevent misdiagnosis. This article from January 1984 to June 1987 in our hospital seen in 18 cases were studied in order to explore the diagnosis of a single high T 4 acute hyperlipidemia.
