当前,我国进入了经济社会发展的关键阶段,党和国家审时度势提出构建社会主义和谐社会的目标,构建和谐社会要求政府推进公共服务改革、完善政府公共服务职能。和谐社会构建中的政府公共服务改革要坚持科学发展观,关注社会公平和正义,推进公共服务的社会化,加大公共服务的财政投入,同时还要加强政府自身建设,提高政府公共服务的水平。
At present, our country has entered a crucial stage of economic and social development. The current situation of the party and the state puts forward the goal of building a harmonious socialist society. Building a harmonious society requires the government to promote public service reform and improve the government’s public service functions. The government public service reform in the construction of a harmonious society should adhere to the scientific concept of development, pay attention to social fairness and justice, promote the socialization of public services and increase the financial input for public services. At the same time, we should also strengthen the government’s own construction and raise the level of government public services .
