日本林野厅2009年将着重发展: (1)在地区木材加工中,促进横向联合系统的合作发展;(2)在木材地区加工过程中完善横向联合系统;(3)锯材业结构改革应急条例。有待进一步关注他们是否能取代之前的项目,例如:2004 2006年的扩大国内锯材的分销及加工系统项目,以及2006—2010年的新型生产系统项目。在地区木材加工中推广横向联合系统项目,实施期为5年,2009—2013财政年度,地方小型锯材厂与核心企业的合作。预算是7100万日元,其中50%将由林野厅出资。
Japan’s Forestry Agency will focus on development in 2009: (1) to promote the cooperative development of horizontal joint systems in regional wood processing; (2) to improve horizontal joint systems in the processing of timber areas; (3) to reform the emergency regulations for the structural reform of sawn timber . Further attention needs to be given to whether they can replace previous projects such as the 2004 2006 project to expand distribution and processing of domestic sawn timber and the new production system project 2006-2010. Promote horizontal joint systems projects in regional wood processing with implementation period of 5 years and fiscal year 2009-2013 with the cooperation of local small-scale sawmills and core enterprises. The budget is 71 million yen, of which 50% will be funded by the Forestry Department.
