偏坡隧道位于贵阳市北二环道路工程,该工程为双线、双向六车道,设计时速60KM/H,为全市重点控制性工程。隧道右线K5+913~950段为V级围岩,由于围岩稳定性差在施工过程中初期支护发生变形。换拱是处理公路隧道在施工中以及运营后发生的严重隧道病害的一种有效防止措施,但其施工难度较大,技术流程也较复杂。本文介绍了初期支护变形处换拱施工的关键技术,以及初支变形处换拱施工的主要质量控制方法。
Off-slope tunnel is located in Guiyang North Second Ring Road project, the project is a two-lane, two-way six lanes, design speed 60KM / H, the city’s key control project. The right bank of K5 + 913 ~ 950 section of the tunnel is grade V surrounding rock. Due to the poor stability of surrounding rock, initial support deformation occurred during the construction. Changing the arch is an effective measure to prevent the serious tunnel disease occurring during the construction and operation of the road tunnel. However, the construction is difficult and the technical process is complicated. In this paper, the key technologies of arch replacement construction at the initial support deformation are introduced, and the main quality control methods for the arch replacement construction at the initial support deformation are introduced.
