综合运用大量翔实可靠的资料与技术数据,从发电设备可靠性、经济性指标等多方面对河南省电力局局管火电厂1996年度发电设备的技术状况与运行、检修情况进行了全面的分析,指出了我局发电厂设备存在的各种技术问题及技术管理中存在的不足,并通过技术分析与讨论,提出了依靠科技进步,推广应用先进技术,开展科学管理与技术培训,提高企业整体素质,从而保证设备检修质量,提高机组运行可靠性与经济性的技术措施及设备完善化对策,对我局1997年乃至今后改善发电设备技术状况,实现机组安全可靠稳定经济运行具有重要意义。
