采用高效液相色谱法,使用反相色谱柱和紫外检测器测定了可湿性粉剂中萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸的含量。流动相为甲醇与水(50/50 ,V/V,pH3~4) 。方法的标准偏差分别为0-018 和0-059,变异系数分别为0-009% 和0-011 % ,回收率分别为99-8 % ~100-8% 和99-1% ~100-2% 。
The contents of naphthaleneacetic acid and indole butyric acid in wettable powders were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with reversed-phase column and UV detector. Mobile phase methanol and water (50/50, V / V, pH3 ~ 4). The standard deviation of the method was 0-018 and 0-059 respectively, and the coefficient of variation was 0-009% and 0-011% respectively. The recoveries were 99.8% -100-8% and 99-1% -100-2 %.
