目的：探讨在神经内镜辅助下治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的疗效。方法回顾性分析17例在神经内镜下辅助治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的患者的临床资料。结果17例症状体征明显好转，2例复发需再次手术，7例颅内少量积气，术后所有病例均无严重并发症。结论神经内镜辅助下治疗慢性硬膜下血肿安全可靠，疗效好，手术并发症少。“,”Objective To explore the clinical effect of neuroendoscopy on curing chronic subdural hematomaon. Methods 17 cases of patients with chronic subdural hematoma with the aid of neuroendoscopy were analyzed retrospectively. Results Clinical symptoms were partialy relieved in 17 cases, there were only 2 cases , which relapsed and needed the same operation again, intracranial pneumatocele was occurred in 7 cases.With no major complications. Conclusions Neurcendoseopy is efficient and safe for the evacuation of chronic subdural hematoma,it can obviously improve the treatment effect,and also have fewer complications.
