中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理朱镕基近日指出,在当前世界经济增长明显放慢的情况下,要保持中国经济发展的良好势头,必须采取新的对策。要进一步从投资、消费两个方面扩大需求,千方百计增加外贸出口;同时,要加大整顿和规范市场经济秩序力度,继续巩固和发展国有企业改革与脱困成果,加快完善社会保障体系,促进国民经济持续快速健康发展。自今年四月以来,全国开展的整顿和规范市场经济秩序工作取得了初步成果,但问题仍很严重,必须下更大的决心,花更大的力气,坚持不懈地抓紧抓好。
