本文给出两种性能极好的有源C振荡器电路。比文〔1〕中的有源C振荡器电路仅增加一个或两个负反馈电容。文中利用运放的二阶极点模型得出电路的起振条件和振荡器的频率公式,这些参数决定于电容比。电路适于用MOS集成技术实现。这两种电路在工作频率范围,振荡波形和输出的幅度频率特性等方面,比文〔1〕的电路有明显改善。
This article gives two excellent performance of the active C oscillator circuit. Bi [1] in the active C oscillator circuit only adds one or two negative feedback capacitors. In this paper, we use the second-order pole model of the op amp to get the circuit start-up conditions and oscillator frequency formula, these parameters are determined by the capacitance ratio. The circuit is suitable for implementation with MOS integration technology. These two circuits in the operating frequency range, the oscillation waveform and the amplitude and frequency characteristics of the output, compared with the text 〔1〕 has significantly improved.
