颜面部癌瘤的手术治疗,应在根治的原则下尽可能保留功能和外形,对耳廓部范围广泛的癌瘤常需采用耳廓全切除术治疗,这样,势必导致全部外耳的缺失和听力的影响,虽然可以通过整复改善畸形,但全耳缺损的修复是一困难而复杂的手术。临床上能够得到完美的修复效果者少见。作者于1979年曾处理一例乳突部癌瘤侵及耳后沟和大部份耳廓后皮肤的患者,施行保留耳轮软骨和耳廓前皮肤的癌瘤切除,并作耳廓整复术获得较满意的效果现报导如下: 病例介绍:女性,70岁,农民,右耳后肿物20余
Surgical treatment of facial cancer should retain its function and shape as far as possible under the principle of radical cure. For a wide range of cancers in the auricle, it is often necessary to use total auricle resection. This will inevitably lead to the loss of the entire external ear and hearing. Although the effects can be improved by reshaping, the repair of total ear defects is a difficult and complicated operation. It is rare to have a perfect clinical repair effect. In 1979, the authors dealt with a case of papillary cancer infiltrating into the posterior furrow and most of the auricular posterior skin. They were used to retain the cartilage of the auricular cartilage and the auricle precancerous resection of the tumor and obtain atrophy of the auricle.
