目的分析艾滋病病毒和乙肝病毒(HIV/HBV)共感染患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群计数、白细胞和肝功能血清生化指标的变化。方法收集17例HIV/HBV共感染患者(共感染组)、40例HIV单纯感染者(单纯感染组)及32例健康体检人员(对照组)的抗凝血及血清,用流式细胞仪检测外周血CD4+T及CD8+T淋巴细胞,全自动血细胞分析仪检测白细胞,全自动生化分析仪检测肝功能血清生化指标。结果与对照组比较,共感染组、单纯感染组CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、CD4+/CD3+、CD8+/CD3+、CD4+CD8+、CD4+CD8+/CD3+、淋巴细胞(LYMPH)等8个项目T淋巴细胞亚群和白细胞计数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和γ-谷氨酰氨基转移酶(GGT)三组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NEUT)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DB)差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HIV/HBV共感染患者在疾病进程中与T淋巴细胞亚群及LYMPH、AST、ALT、GGT、ALP密切相关,对评价HIV/HBV共感染患者的免疫状况、疾病进展和疗效等方面具有重要作用。
Objective To analyze the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets count, leukocyte and liver function serum biochemical indexes in patients with co-infection of HIV and hepatitis B virus (HBV / HBV). Methods A total of 17 HIV / HBV co-infected patients (co-infected group), 40 HIV-infected patients (purely infected group) and 32 healthy controls (control group) were collected for anticoagulation and serum detection by flow cytometry Peripheral blood CD4 + T and CD8 + T lymphocytes, automatic blood cell analyzer for detecting leukocytes, automatic biochemical analyzer for detecting serum liver biochemical markers. Results Compared with the control group, there were 8 items including CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 +, CD4 + / CD3 +, CD8 + / CD3 +, CD4 + CD8 +, CD4 + CD8 + / CD3 + and lymphocytes (LYMPH) Cell subpopulation and leukocyte count, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). ALT, AST, ALP and GGT were significantly different among the three groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in WBC, NEUT, TP, ALB, TB and DB between the three groups (P > 0.05). Conclusions HIV / HBV co-infected patients are closely related to T lymphocyte subsets and LYMPH, AST, ALT, GGT and ALP during the course of the disease and are important for evaluating the immune status, disease progression and efficacy of HIV / HBV co-infected patients effect.
