目的:探讨玉米粗多糖对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:ICR小鼠随机分成为正常对照组、环磷酰胺模型组、玉米粗多糖低、高剂量组(50,100 mg.kg-1,连续ig 7 d)。ip环磷酰胺制备小鼠免疫低下模型,检测小鼠的脾脏指数、胸腺指数、血清溶血素(HC50)和小鼠单核-巨噬细胞吞噬指数。结果:玉米粗多糖可显著增加免疫低下小鼠的脾脏指数(P<0.05),并显著提高免疫低下小鼠的单核-巨噬细胞吞噬指数(P<0.001)。结论:玉米粗多糖可促进免疫功能低下小鼠的单核-巨噬细胞功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of corn crude polysaccharide on immune function in immunocompromised mice. Methods: ICR mice were randomly divided into normal control group, cyclophosphamide model group, corn crude polysaccharide low and high dose group (50,100 mg.kg-1, continuous ig for 7 days). immunosuppression model was established by ip cyclophosphamide. Spleen index, thymus index, serum hemolysin (HC50) and phagocytic index of mouse monocyte - macrophage were detected. Results: Corn polysaccharide significantly increased the spleen index (P <0.05) in immunocompromised mice and significantly increased the monocyte - macrophage phagocytic index (P <0.001) in immunocompromised mice. Conclusion: Corn crude polysaccharide can promote monocyte - macrophage function in immunocompromised mice.
