近年来,随着县域经济的快速发展,职工的工资水平有了较大的提高,但也存在一些问题。如有的县域企业的工资决定职工缺少话语权,工资支付缺少保障和制约机制,工资水平与经济发展水平不相适应等。同时,县域企业的工资形式多样,有的是以工资总额来确定下一年的工资收入,有的是岗位工资、计件工资、计时工资,还有年薪工资。因此,需要根据县域企业的特点认真研究和推进县域企业工资集体协商。
In recent years, with the rapid development of county economy, the wage level of workers has been greatly improved, but there are also some problems. If the wages of some county-level enterprises decide that the workers lack the right to speak, the wage payment lacks protection and control mechanism, the wage level does not match the level of economic development and so on. At the same time, the county-level enterprises in various forms of salaries, some total wage to determine the next year's wage income, and some job wages, piece rates, time wages, as well as annual salary. Therefore, according to the characteristics of county enterprises need to seriously study and promote county collective wage negotiations.
