背景:血小板的参数可反映凝血活性,血小板α颗粒膜蛋白140可反映血小板的活化情况。糖尿病患者由于血糖、血脂代谢紊乱可导致各种并发症如血栓性疾病的发生。目的:分析2型糖尿病患者血小板参数及血小板α颗粒膜蛋白140的变化规律。设计:病例-对照观察。单位:华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院检验科和内分泌科。对象:选择2005-03/04在华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者45例作为糖尿病组,选择同期健康体检者45例作为对照组,均自愿参加观察。方法:使用血细胞分析仪检测2型糖尿病患者的血小板数量、平均血小板容积、血小板容积分布宽度及大血小板比率的变化情况,应用酶联免疫吸附法观察血小板α颗粒膜蛋白140的变化,同时与健康体检者进行对比。主要观察指标:两组观察对象的血小板参数及血浆血小板α颗粒膜蛋白140含量。结果:纳入糖尿病组和对照组均45例,全部进入结果分析,无脱落。①两组观察对象血小板α颗粒膜蛋白140含量的比较:糖尿病组显著高于对照组眼(28.8±10.3),穴9.1±5.6雪μg/L(t=2.37,P<0.01)演。②两组观察对象血小板参数的比较:糖尿病组患者的血小板平均容积、血小板分布宽度及大血小板比率均显著高于对照组(t=2.02熏2.02熏2.02熏P<0.01),而血小板计数则显著低于对照组(t=2.15熏P<0.01)。结论:2型糖尿病患者的血小板平均容积、血小板分布宽度、大血小板比率及血浆血小板α颗粒膜蛋白140含量升高,而血小板计数降低,提示2型糖尿病患者存在着血小板凝血活性增高、血小板消耗增加的现象。
Background: Platelet parameters reflect coagulation activity and platelet alpha-granule membrane protein 140 reflects platelet activation. Diabetic patients due to blood glucose, dyslipidemia can lead to various complications such as thrombotic disease. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the platelet parameters and the change of platelet α-granule membrane protein 140 in type 2 diabetic patients. Design: Case-control observation. SETTING: Department of Endocrinology, Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. PARTICIPANTS: Forty-five patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Department of Endocrinology, Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology from March 2005 to April 2004 were selected as the control group. Methods: The change of platelet count, average platelet volume, platelet volume distribution and the ratio of large platelet in type 2 diabetic patients were detected by hematology analyzer. The changes of platelet α-granule membrane protein 140 were observed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Physical examination for comparison. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Platelet parameters and plasma platelet α-granule membrane protein 140 content in two groups were observed.
