目的:分析点评我院妇产科系处方、医嘱不合理用药情况,探讨合理用药方案,提高我院临床用药水平。方法:采用随机调查方法,抽取我院妇产科系2011年1月至2013年12月处方及住院病历1200份,对处方及用药医嘱单进行合理用药分析。结果:用药不合理处方、医嘱189例。结论:我院妇产科系用药处方及病区用药医嘱单基本合理,但也仍存在许多问题,需要我们药师不断加强专业理论学习,配合临床医生指导患者合理用药。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and comment on the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital prescription, medical advice unreasonable medication situation, to explore the rational use of drug programs to improve our hospital clinical drug levels. Methods: A total of 1200 prescriptions and inpatient records of obstetrics and gynecology department from January 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital were collected by random investigation. The prescriptions and medication prescription were analyzed for rational use of drugs. Results: Irrational prescription, prescription 189 cases. Conclusion: Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital medication prescription and ward medication orders is simple and reasonable, but there are still many problems that require our pharmacists continue to strengthen professional theoretical study, with the clinician to guide patients rational use of drugs.
