本刊收到读者谢慕进、张文元等同志的两封来信,暴露了一部分药房工作人员不安心药房工作的思想情况。由于考虑到具有这些思想的人,还不是个别的,故将这两封信予以发表,希能引起各地药房的重视和深入讨论。我们打算在今后几期内继续对这一问题进行讨论。各地药房工作同志组织讨论时,希望能结合本单位同志们的实际思想情况,分别就下列三方面深入分析批判:(1)认为药房工作简单,大材小用,工作无前途,无进修机会。(2)药房工作繁忙,费力不计好。容易出差错,责任太大。(3)搞药房工作没有名誉地位,待遇不及医护,主观上认为领导上不重视,不照顾。意见不一定要正面的,上述来信中所未揭发的错误思想亦希加以暴露,这样可以引起反覆的更加深入的讨论。
The magazine received two letters from Xie Mujin, Zhang Wenyuan and other comrades who exposed the thinking of some pharmacy staff who were not at ease in the pharmacy work. Given that those who have these ideas are not isolated, these two letters are to be published and hopefully they will arouse the attention and discussion of pharmacies in various places. We intend to continue discussions on this issue in future periods. When working in various pharmacies, we hope that we can analyze and criticize the following three aspects in light of the actual situation of comrades in our unit: (1) We think that the pharmacy is simple and superficial, has no future for work, and has no opportunity for further study. (2) Pharmacy is busy, laborious and not counting. Easy to go wrong, too much responsibility. (3) engage in pharmacy work no reputation status, treatment less than health care, the subjective view that the leadership does not attach importance to, do not take care. The opinions need not necessarily be positive. The erroneous ideas that were not revealed in the above letters are also intended to be exposed. This can lead to more and more in-depth discussions over and over again.
