2010年以来,上海经济继续呈现持续向好的复苏势头,经济运行质量明显提高,逐步从危机阶段转入常规增长轨道。但与此同时,服务业增速减缓,投资增长后劲不足,特别是通胀压力明显上升,成为经济运行中的突出问题。2011年是“十二五”规划的第一年和建党90周年,也是世博后的第一年。谋划好2011年的经济工作,对于上海“十二五”开好局和促进上海城市转型发展具有十分重要的意义。
Since 2010, Shanghai’s economy has continued to show a sustained and good momentum of recovery. The quality of its economic operation has improved markedly, gradually shifting from crisis phase to conventional growth. However, at the same time, the growth of the service industry slowed down and the investment growth stamina was insufficient. In particular, the inflationary pressure had risen sharply and became a prominent issue in the economic operation. 2011 is the first year of the 12th Five-Year Plan and the 90th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, and also the first year after the World Expo. To plan a good economic work in 2011 is of great significance to Shanghai’s “12th Five-Year Plan” and the promotion of Shanghai’s urban transformation and development.
