March 15, 2012 Raohe County People’s Government awarded Professor Han Xingzhou “Northeast black bee ” honorary title. Professor Han Xingzhou is 80 years old. He is a famous bee expert in our country, a bee breeding expert and a consultant to bee colony in China. Former Heilongjiang Mudanjiang Agricultural School (now Heilongjiang Agricultural Economic Vocational College) teaching deputy
