城镇化是中国经济发展的新引擎,促进农村人口合理、有序向城镇转移是当前推进新型城镇化面临的重要任务。通过广西农民工档案管理的发展现状分析,本文对农民工档案管理规范化模式及其路径进行了阐述。
Urbanization is a new engine for China’s economic development. To promote a reasonable and orderly transfer of rural population to cities and towns is an important task currently facing the promotion of new-type urbanization. Through the analysis of the status quo of the development of the file management of migrant workers in Guangxi, this paper elaborates the standardized pattern of file management of migrant workers and its path.
