有机硅化合物中和硅原子相连结的基团,在碱熔裂解条件下,生成相应的化合物生成物,直接采用气相色谱法测定。我们对和硅原子相连结的活泼氢(-H),乙烯基(-C_2H_3)和苯基(-C_6H_5)进行了测定。结果表明该法操作简单、省时,准确度较高。实验部分碱熔反应在玻璃反应器中进行,玻璃反应器接到色谱仪的六通阀上。反应器中加入准确样品,再加入5—10倍的研细的氢氯化钾,移入预先加热到一定温度的套筒式加热器中,加热熔融,待反应完毕后,转动六通阀,载气将反应产物送入色谱仪中。
