丁二子,河北省辛集人,生于1952年4月。改革开放以后,丁二子积极响应党的号召,率先办起了企业。在合法经营依法纳税的同时,无偿捐资帮助村里修公路;定期为村里无偿清理垃圾;照顾多名孤寡老人。受到当地政府和百姓的高度评价,尊称:丁雷锋。他不仅在当地做好事,而且还关心我省西部太行山区的小学教育,一次偶然机会得知,阜平县柳树底小学基础设施薄弱,冬天孩子冻手冻脚,夏天孩子酷暑上课。丁二子出资为学校安装了暖气、电扇。心细的丁先生还为学校买了过冬的煤。他的无私奉献感动了身边每一个人。
