碘化二甲基木防己碱(DMT)1.5μM可增加离体豚鼠左房肌的收缩力。这一正性肌力作用不被心得安、甲氰咪胍、苯海拉明阻断。DMT1.5μM也可使由低Ca~(++)或戊脉安所引起的离体豚鼠左房肌减弱的收缩力增强。
Dimethyl tetrandrine (DMT) 1.5 μM can increase the contractility of isolated left atrial muscle of guinea pigs. This positive inotropic effect is not controlled, cimetidine, diphenhydramine block. DMT1.5μM can also be caused by low Ca ~ (++) or verapamil induced contraction of isolated left atrium of guinea pig contractility increased.
