目的探讨一起职业性硫化氢中毒事故性检测的合理方法。方法在采样器进口接长管放到现场井下液面以上采集硫化氢样品,利用改进的硝酸银比浊法快速测定空气硫化氢含量。结果实验室测得井中硫化氢的平均浓度值为1 366 mg/m3,接近瞬间致死浓度,且结果准确。结论该方法避免了实验人员直接下到井下采样可能产生的危险,效果较好。
Objective To explore a reasonable method for the accidental detection of occupational hydrogen sulfide poisoning. Methods Samples of hydrogen sulfide were collected at the inlet of the sampler and put into the field above the downhole level. The hydrogen sulfide content in the air was rapidly determined by the improved silver nitrate turbidimetry. Results The average concentration of H2S in the well measured by the laboratory was 1 366 mg / m3, which was close to the instantaneous lethal concentration and the result was accurate. Conclusion This method avoids the danger that the experimenter may directly sample downhole and works well.
