为了解我县饮食从业人员个人卫生情况,我们对饮食从业人员进行了一次指甲卫生简易调查。方法是先进行大体观查,凡指甲修剪的与甲床相齐,无污垢者记作清洁A;指甲独立缘突出甲床藏有污垢的记作不清洁B。然后剪掉2—3个指甲,投入营养肉汤管中,于37℃24小时增菌后分离肠道致病菌。调查结果;共计检查1472人,A组340人,占
In order to understand the personal hygiene of catering workers in our county, we conducted a simple survey on the hygiene of fingernails to the diet practitioners.
