党的十八届四中全会提出了全面依法治国的战略目标和总任务,高职院校作为一个传播知识、教育大众的法人主体,顺应国家大势,认真理清自身面临的几种法律问题,及时筹备好相应的应对之策,实现依法治校、依法治学是当前的必然选择。正是基于这一考虑,本文对高职院校几种常见的法律问题进行了分析总结,并针对性的提出了规避和解决这些问题的对策。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the strategic goal and general task of governing the country according to law in full. As a legal entity that propagates knowledge and educate the general public, the higher vocational colleges conscientiously clarify several legal issues they face, It is an inevitable choice to timely prepare the corresponding coping strategies and to achieve the goal of managing schools according to law. Based on this consideration, this article analyzes and summarizes several common legal problems in higher vocational colleges and puts forward countermeasures to avoid and solve these problems.
