目的探索丝裂霉素C对含重复序列质粒的大肠杆菌致死作用的规律。方法采用均匀设计试验方法设计丝裂霉素C的处理时间和药物浓度,统计存活菌数,计算菌体致死率。结果得到了丝裂霉素C的浓度和作用时间与菌体致死率间的线性回归方程,建立丝裂霉素C作用的响应面。结论丝裂霉素C的浓度和作用时间与菌体致死率呈线性正相关。
Objective To explore the lethal effect of mitomycin C on Escherichia coli containing repetitive plasmids. Methods The uniform design test was used to design the treatment time and drug concentration of mitomycin C, and the viable count of bacteria was counted to calculate the lethal rate of bacterial cells. Results The linear regression equation between mitomycin C concentration and cell killing time was established and the response surface of mitomycin C was established. Conclusion Mitomycin C concentration and duration of action have a linear positive correlation with cell lethality.
