目的 :探讨人工皮膜联合磨痂术治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的临床价值,为临床实施有效的干预措施提供可靠的理论依据。方法 :将我院在2010年9月至2014年9月期间收诊的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者82名平均分成实验组和对照组。实验组(41例)采用人工皮膜联合磨痂术治疗,对照组(41例)采用传统包扎疗法。观察2组患者创面愈合时间、愈合创面色素沉着深浅以及瘢痕严重程度,同时比较2组患者IL-6和IL-8的动态变化。结果 :实验组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组;愈合创面色素沉着以及瘢痕增生情况也均优于对照组;而IL-6、IL-8均低于对照组。结论:人工皮膜联合磨痂术治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效显著,能缩短创面愈合时间,提升愈合质量,而且有助于降低创面感染风险,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of artificial skin grafting combined with crusting calculus in the treatment of deep second degree burn, and to provide a reliable theoretical basis for clinical effective interventions. Methods: 82 patients with deep second degree burn treated in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2014 were divided equally into experimental group and control group. The experimental group (41 cases) was treated with artificial conjunctival callus, while the control group (41 cases) was treated by traditional dressing. The wound healing time, the degree of hyperplasia of wounds and the severity of scar were observed in two groups. The dynamic changes of IL-6 and IL-8 in two groups were also compared. Results: The wound healing time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. The wound healing and scar hyperplasia were also better than those in the control group. The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group. CONCLUSION: The effect of artificial skin grafting combined with crusting calculus in the treatment of deep second degree burn is significant, which can shorten the wound healing time, improve the quality of healing and help to reduce the risk of wound infection. It is worthy of clinical application.
