通过对含不同浓度 NaCl、NaHCO_3和 Na_2CO_3的营养液中培养24小时的苜蓿种子表观呼吸强度的研究,结果表明,不同浓度的同一盐碱对各条呼吸代谢途径抑制剂处理后的表观呼吸强度的影响与总呼吸有相似规律。因盐、碱不同,苜蓿种子分别在含500ppmNaCl、1000ppmNaHCO_3和125pprnNa_2CO_3营养液中呼吸强度最高,而在含125ppm 的 NaCl、NaHCO_3和 Na_2CO_3的营养液中均具有一盐呼吸峰。说明不同盐碱对呼吸代谢的影响是不同的。
The apparent respiration intensity of alfalfa seeds cultured for 24 hours in nutrient solution containing different concentrations of NaCl, NaHCO 3 and Na 2 CO 3 showed that different concentrations of the same saline inhibited the apparent respiration of all respiration metabolic pathway inhibitors The effect of intensity is similar to that of total respiration. Due to the difference of salt and alkali, alfalfa seeds had the highest respiratory intensity in the nutrient solution containing 500ppm NaCl, 1000ppm NaHCO 3 and 125pprnNa_2CO_3 respectively, and one salt respiration peak in nutrient solution containing 125ppm NaCl, NaHCO 3 and Na_2CO_3. Different salinities on respiratory metabolism is different.
