柳胺苄心定是具有α-和β-肾上腺素能受体阻滞作用的药物,适用于治疗各种程度的高血压症状。从5-溴乙酰水杨酸甲酯经三步或从5-氯乙酰水杨酰胺经二步合成了柳胺苄心定,总产率分别为22.4％和31.2％。
Salicylate Benzidine is a drug that blocks alpha- and beta-adrenergic receptors and is indicated for the treatment of various hypertensive symptoms. Salicylazamide was synthesized in two steps from 5-bromoacetylsalicylic acid methyl ester in three steps or from 5-chloroacetylsalicylideneamide, yielding 22.4% and 31.2%, respectively.
