目的:探讨生化快速测定技术诊断需氧菌性阴道炎的临床价值。方法:分别采用Donders湿片镜检法和生化快速测定技术对197例疑似需氧菌性阴道炎患者进行检测。结果:在197例疑似需氧菌性阴道炎患者中,Donders湿片镜检法检出阳性患者166例,阳性率为84.26%;生化快速测定技术检出阳性患者171例,阳性率为86.80%。两种方法的需氧菌性阴道炎阳性检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以Donders湿片镜检法为诊断标准,生化快速测定技术的敏感度为94.74%(162/171)、特异度为84.62%(22/26)、阳性预测值为97.59%(162/166)、阴性预测值为70.97%(22/31),两种方法的符合率达95.43%(184/197)。结论:生化快速测定技术诊断需氧菌性阴道炎具有很高的敏感性和特异性,与Donders湿片镜检法符合率高。该方法操作简便、反应快速,适合各级临床机构推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of rapid biochemical determination of aerobic bacterial vaginosis. Methods: Ninety-seven patients with suspected aerobic bacterial vaginosis were examined by Donders wet-endoscopy and biochemical rapid determination respectively. Results: In 197 cases of suspected aerobic bacterial vaginitis, 166 cases of positive patients were detected by Donders wet endoscopy, the positive rate was 84.26%; biochemical rapid detection technology detected 171 positive patients, the positive rate was 86.80% . There was no significant difference between the two methods in the positive detection rate of aerobic bacterial vaginitis (P> 0.05). The sensitivity of biochemical rapid determination was 94.74% (162/171), the specificity was 84.62% (22/26), the positive predictive value was 97.59% (162/166) with the method of Donders wet endoscopy. The negative predictive value was 70.97% (22/31). The coincidence rate of the two methods was 95.43% (184/197). Conclusion: The rapid biochemical determination of aerobic bacterial vaginitis diagnosis with high sensitivity and specificity, and Donders wet endoscopy coincidence rate. The method is simple, rapid response, suitable for all levels of clinical agencies to promote the use.
