国际投资法已呈现出前所未有的自由化趋势,面临这种趋势,我国在外资法上还存在着种种缺陷,笔者提出了构建我国外资法应对的基本思路。
The international investment law has shown an unprecedented trend of liberalization. Facing this trend, our country still has various defects in the law of foreign investment. The author proposes the basic idea of how to deal with the foreign investment law in our country.
