平果县城关乡炼沙村实行直管后,第一个月电费回收情况表明,由于供电部门服务到位,让农民得到实惠,农户交纳电费的积极性比以前更高了。炼沙村有电力用户868户,13台变压器,容量370千伏安,月用电量在26151千瓦时左右,网改前由于线路老化,加上管理不善,电价高达1.2元仟瓦时。电价过高,农民有抵触情绪,该村电费常常不能按时交清。今年9月底,该村农网改造全面竣工,马头供电所对其实行直抄直管。11月,供电所农电工到该村抄表收费,抄取电量26151千瓦时,到户生活照明用电价执行0.547元午瓦时,农副产品加工到户执行O.47元/千瓦时,计电费14891余元,不到六天时间就收回电费13975元。
After the implementation of direct management at Chengguan Village in Chengguan Township, Pingguo County, the first month’s electricity tariff recovery shows that due to the availability of services by the power supply department, farmers are benefited, and the enthusiasm of farmers to pay electricity charges is higher than before. There are 868 power users in the smelting village and 13 transformers, with a capacity of 370 kVA. The monthly electricity consumption is about 26,151 kWh. The village’s electricity bill is often not paid on time. At the end of September this year, the village’s rural power network was fully completed and the horse power supply station directly implemented it. In November, the farm electrician of the power supply station went to the village to read meter charges, copied power of 26,151 kWh, and executed 0.547 yuan per hour of electricity for household lighting, and processing of agricultural and sideline products was performed to households at O.47/kWh. More than 14,891 yuan, less than six days to recover the electricity 13,975 yuan.
