许多中药活性成分如黄酮类、皂苷类、内酯类、三萜类等,由于极性大、脂溶性差或相对分子质量较大,口服吸收差,造成生物利用度低。提高中药活性成分的口服生物利用度是中药现代研究的重要内容之一。磷脂复合物可以增强药物活性成分的亲脂性,促进药物穿过生物膜。主要综述了磷脂复合物的形成机制、结构、制备工艺、体外评价以及对中药活性成分穿过生物膜的影响。
Many traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients such as flavonoids, saponins, lactones, triterpenes, etc., due to the polarity, poor fat-soluble or relatively large molecular weight, poor oral absorption, resulting in low bioavailability. To improve the oral bioavailability of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the important contents of modern research of traditional Chinese medicine. Phospholipid complexes enhance the lipophilicity of the drug’s active ingredient and promote drug penetration across the biofilm. The mechanism of phospholipid complex formation, its structure, preparation process, evaluation in vitro and its influence on the biofilm penetration of active ingredients of Chinese traditional medicine were reviewed.
