在国家大力推进旅游精准扶贫的背景下,念山作为国家旅游局旅游扶贫试点村,对其开展研究具有典型性。通过实地掌握念山旅游精准扶贫概况,提出发展思路。此外,重点对影响念山村民参与旅游扶贫的意愿及能力、旅游精准扶贫对念山村民收益的影响及提高社区参与程度等问题进行了研究。
