当前我国正处于经济转轨和社会转型时期,群体性事件是现阶段潜在的各种社会矛盾与社会问题急剧激化的一个反映,表面上看是由各种利益矛盾引发的,但其本质原因是党群关系恶化,只有建立和谐的党群关系,才能真正从根源上解决群体性事件。
At present, our country is in the period of economic transition and social transformation. Mass incidents are a reflection of the potential intensification of various social conflicts and social problems at this stage. On the surface, this is caused by conflicts of interests. However, the essential reason is that the party Group relations deteriorate. Only by establishing a harmonious relationship between the party and the masses can we truly solve the mass incidents from the root causes.
