北京市海淀区“清香玉”地区门球俱乐部(以下简称“俱乐部”),辖东起清河街道(清)、西到香山街道(香)、中含马连洼街道、青龙桥街道和东北旺乡玉泉山一带(玉),共有会员单位24个,门球队60支(含中青年队5支),门球场地27块,经常参加门球活动的有450人。他最初是由11个军队干休所自发联合成立的地区军队干休所门球运动领导小组;后于1997年7月,在地方党政机关、院校等单位一致要求下,由党政军民学联合组成。俱乐部的组织机构是由13名委员组成的委员会,民主选举主任1人,副主任3人,其中1人兼秘书长;下设技术、战术指导组和竞赛裁判组。为便于就近开展小型门球活动,又划分5个片,每片有3～5个单位,门球队8支左右不
