Plans for the promotion of Islamic science in contemporary and historical Islamic science are being implemented. The International Institute of Advanced Studies in Solna, Sweden, and the International Islamic and Western research institutes based in Geneva have already started the process. Their main research task is to compare Islamic science and Western science and technology.
