当今社会,就业是民生之本。而想要就业就必须具备相应的职业能力。基于会计实际工作的要求,现行中职会计专业的生源、课程设置与企业要求之间的矛盾日益加深,已不能适应经济飞速发展的需要。而以就业为导向的中职教育课程改革则能很好地提高学生的职业能力,并且满足企业对人才的需求。我校作为2010年新成立的中等职业高中,在课程改革的道路上一边摸索一边发展,在改革过程中进行了工学结合、校企合作的探索与尝试,更新了教学理念,创新了教学模式,取得了初步的成效。但在这个过程中也出现了一些值得探讨的问题。现针对这些问题进行了剖析,提出一些课程改革方面的对策。
In today’s society, employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood. And you want to have a job must have the appropriate professional ability. Based on the requirements of actual accounting work, the contradiction between the current source of accounting in secondary vocational schools, the curricula and the requirements of the enterprises is deepening and it is no longer able to meet the needs of rapid economic development. Employment-oriented curriculum reform of secondary vocational education can improve students’ professional ability and meet the needs of enterprises. As the newly established secondary vocational high school in 2010, our school has been developing while exploring the course of curriculum reform. In the process of reform, we have explored and tried the combination of work and study and school-enterprise cooperation, renewed the teaching concept, innovated the teaching mode, Achieved initial results. However, there are some issues worth exploring in this process. These problems are analyzed for some proposed curriculum reform measures.
