激励性评价有效地激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的自信,促进了学生的持续发展。然而需要指出的是,过多的夸奖会让学生习以为常,无动于衷,起不到鼓励作用。对教师而言,最根本的应关注是否有实实在在的教学效果,不假思索、脱口而出的随意性夸奖,能导致学生形成浅尝辄止和随意应付的学习态度。对学生而言,教师应让学生在认识到自己优势和进步的同时,也应认识到自己的不足,并提出有针对性的改进建议。这样才能更有效地促进学生的发展。这样的激励,也才是成功的激励。那么怎样才能通过激励性评价激发学生的学习热情,使学生获得自信,体验成功,从而最大限度地体现出表扬激励的价值呢?
Incentive evaluation effectively stimulated students ’interest in learning, improved students’ confidence and promoted the sustainable development of students. However, it should be pointed out that too much compliment will make students accustomed and indifferent to encouragement. For teachers, the most fundamental concern should be whether there is a real teaching effect, without thinking, blurted out the randomness of praise, can lead students to form a shallow experience and casual attitude. For students, teachers should allow students to recognize their strengths and progress, but also recognize their own shortcomings, and put forward suggestions for improvement. Only in this way can the development of students be promoted more effectively. This incentive is also the incentive of success. So how can we inspire students’ enthusiasm for learning by stimulating evaluation so as to make students gain self-confidence and experience success so as to maximize the value of recognition and encouragement?
