目的观察黛力新辅助治疗胃溃疡的疗效和安全性。方法将110例胃溃疡患者随机分为传统治疗的对照组和在传统治疗基础上加用黛力新的治疗组各55例,疗程4周,治疗前后均行胃镜检查。结果治疗组临床症状改善总有效率及溃疡愈合总有效率较对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组未出现明显不良反应。结论黛力新联合传统药物治疗胃溃疡的疗效优于单纯传统药物治疗,黛力新辅助治疗胃溃疡是安全有效的。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Deanxit in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods 110 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into the traditional treatment of the control group and the traditional treatment based on the combined use of Deanxit in the treatment group of 55 patients for 4 weeks, before and after treatment were gastroscopy. Results The total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement and the total effective rate of ulcer healing in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05). The treatment group showed no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Deanxit combined with traditional medicine is superior to traditional medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Deanxit adjuvant treatment of gastric ulcer is safe and effective.
