研究国产 6 0 0MW直流锅炉水冷壁内螺纹管在超临界压力下的摩擦阻力特性。试验段为Φ2 8×5.4 1mm的四头 12Cr1MoV内螺纹管 ,试验参数为压力P =2 3MPa~ 2 7MPa ,质量流量G =6 0 0kg/ (m2 ·s)~180 0kg/ (m2 ·s) ,工质焓h =6 0 0kJ/kg~ 2 6 0 0kJ/kg ,雷诺数Re =5× 10 4 ~ 1× 10 6 。通过试验 ,得到了内螺纹管的摩擦阻力系数及其随压力、质量流速、工质焓和雷诺数的变化规律。根据试验数据 ,总结出了超临界压力下内螺纹管的摩擦阻力系数经验关系式。
Study on Frictional Resistance Characteristics of Internal Wall Tubes of Domestic-made 600 MW Boiler Water Wall under Supercritical Pressure. The test section is a four-headed 12Cr1MoV female threaded tube of Φ2 8 × 5.4 1mm with test parameters of P = 23MPa ~ 27MPa, mass flow rate G = 600kg / (m2 · s) ~ 180 0kg / (m2 · s) , The enthalpy of working medium h = 600kJ / kg ~ 2600kJ / kg, Reynolds number Re = 5 × 10 4 ~ 1 × 10 6. Through the test, the frictional resistance coefficient of the internally threaded tube and its variation with the pressure, the mass flow rate, the enthalpy of the working medium and the Reynolds number are obtained. Based on the experimental data, the empirical relationship of the frictional resistance coefficient of the internally threaded pipe under supercritical pressure is summarized.
