电子静电加速器所产生的电子束及紫外线对豚鼠及黄鳝红血细胞膜的损伤程度是随照射剂量的增加而加大,在相同的剂量下,豚鼠红血细胞对射线的损伤效应比黄鳝敏感。电子束辐照红血细胞后加以短时间的紫外线照射,加剧了细胞膜的损伤。应用一定浓度的广辐-1号保护剂对两种动物的红血细胞进行预处理,对于一定剂量的电子束和紫外线的照射均能起明显的辐射保护作用。本实验还证明保护剂广辐—1号与红血细胞膜的透性无关,它不能促进~(32)P掺入细胞内。

Pretreatment of red blood cells of both animals with a certain concentration of Guang-1 protectant can obviously protect the radiation of certain doses of electron beam and ultraviolet light. The experiment also proves that Guangfu-1, a protective agent, has nothing to do with the permeability of red blood cell membrane, and it can not promote the incorporation of ~ (32) P into cells.
