安痛藤口服液不同剂量灌胃给药对小鼠热板法痛阈值均有不同程度的提高 ,并能降低扭体法镇痛试验小鼠的扭体次数 ,并呈现一定的量效关系 ,高剂量组镇痛作用与阿司匹林相似 ;安痛藤口服液对二甲苯所致炎性肿胀亦有明显的抑制作用。
Oral administration of different doses of Antongteng Oral Liquid to the mouse hot plate method have different degrees of increase in pain threshold, and can reduce writhing analgesic test mice writhing frequency, and show a certain dose-effect relationship. The analgesic effect of high-dose group was similar to that of aspirin; Antuiteng oral liquid also had significant inhibitory effect on xylene-induced inflammatory swelling.
