在体外γ-亚麻酸抑制人神经母细胞瘤细胞(neuroblastoma cells,GOTO)的生长,诱导其表型发生逆转,抑制人结肠癌(colon carcinoma,COLO 320 DM),人胃癌(gastric cancer,HGC-27)和人胰癌(pancreatic cancer,PANC-1)细胞DNA的合成,但却不抑制12-0-十四酰佛波-13-乙酸酯(TPA)增强细胞对己糖的摄入和~8H掺入细胞磷脂的作用。在体内γ-亚麻酸抑制二甲基苯并蒽(DMBA)激发的、TPA促进的小鼠皮肤乳头状瘤的发生。
In vitro, γ-linolenic acid inhibits the growth of human neuroblastoma cells (GOTO), reverses its phenotype, inhibits colon carcinoma (COLO-320 DM), human gastric cancer (HGC- 27) and human pancreatic cancer (PANC-1) cells but did not inhibit 12-0-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA) enhancing cell uptake of hexose and ~ 8H incorporation of cell phospholipid role. In vivo γ-linolenic acid inhibits the development of TPA-stimulated mouse dermal papilloma induced by dimethylbenzanthracene (DMBA).
