10月17日,省人大常委会召开《海南旅游条例》执法检查动员会。省人大常委会副主任张德春、王法仁、陈孙文出席,省旅游、交通、工商、物价、质量监督等部门负责人汇报工作情况,海口、三亚、琼海、万宁等市人大常委会也参加了这次会议。为了总结我省实施国家旅游法规和《海南省旅游条例》取得的成绩和存在的问题,督促政府依法行政,规范对旅游市场监管,促进我省旅游业健康发展,省人大常委会于9月至10月对《条例》实施情况进行实地检查。
October 17, Provincial People’s Congress held a “Hainan Tourism Ordinance” law enforcement inspection mobilization meeting. Zhang Dechun, Wang Faren and Chen Sunwen, deputy chiefs of the Provincial People’s Congress, attended the meeting and reported to the heads of the departments of tourism, transportation, industry and commerce, price control and quality supervision of the provincial people’s congress. Haikou, Sanya, Qionghai and Wanning also attended the NPC Standing Committee Meeting. In order to summarize the achievements and problems of our province in implementing the national tourism regulations and the Hainan Provincial Tourism Ordinance, urging the government to administer according to law, regulating the supervision over the tourism market and promoting the healthy development of tourism in our province, the Standing Committee of Provincial People’s Congress October on the implementation of “Regulations” on-site inspection.
