依法治国的车轮正随着农村改革的步伐,一同向前进。在目前的农村,行政——政策一统天下的格局已被打破,法律在广大农村受重视的程度也有所提高,但由于历史、文化传统等原因,农村法律意识现状仍不容乐观,建设社会主义新农村离不开农村法治建设,而法治建设的内在动因是农民自身法律意识的提高,因此有必要分析农民法律意识的现状及相关原因,并选择有效提高农民法律意识的路径。
The wheels of governing the country according to law are moving forward along with the pace of rural reform. In the current rural areas, the pattern of unification of administration and policy has been broken and the law has been given more attention in the vast rural areas. Due to historical and cultural traditions, the status quo of rural legal awareness is still not optimistic and new socialist construction is taking place The rural area is inseparable from the construction of the rule of law in rural areas. However, the intrinsic motivation for the rule of law construction is the improvement of farmers’ own legal awareness. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the status quo and related reasons of farmers’ legal awareness and to choose the path to effectively improve the farmers’ legal awareness.
