NCA7—300程控脉冲钨极氩弧位置焊管机是由一机部郑州机械所、驻马店电焊机厂和北京锅炉厂共同研制成功的。第一台样机在我厂管子车间调试考核两年多时间后投入生产,至今共焊了15000多个焊口,全部一次合格,各项试验符合国家标准。目前全国已有整机27台、脉冲电源50余台,遍及国内五大锅炉厂,有关船厂和电站工地等不少单位。由于我厂最早使用这类焊机,在调试和维修中积累了一些经验,现将常见故障及排除的方法总结如下,供参考。
NCA7-300 program-controlled pulse TIG welding machine is a machine by Zhengzhou Machinery Factory, Zhumadian Welding Factory and Beijing Boiler Factory jointly developed. The first prototype was put into production after more than two years’ debugging and testing in the tube workshop of our factory. So far, a total of more than 15,000 welding welds were welded, all of which were qualified and all the tests conformed to the national standards. At present, there are 27 complete sets of machines in the country, with more than 50 pulse power supplies, covering five domestic boiler plants, shipyards and power station sites. As I was the first factory to use this type of welding machine, commissioning and maintenance has accumulated some experience, the common fault and troubleshooting are summarized below, for reference.
