一、磨具的结构和特性 (一)磨具的结构。磨具(本文指由普通磨料制造的砂轮、油石、磨头、砂瓦等固结磨具)是由磨料、结合剂和气孔三要素构成的。磨料是起切削作用的构成磨具的主要材料。结合剂是用来固结磨粒成为一定形状的磨具的材料,它使磨具具有一定的强度,在磨削中起支撑磨粒的作用。气孔是磨具中的空隙,在磨削中起容屑和散热作用。
